My First 3 Steps if I Had to Start Trading from Zero

Interviewer: If I were to take you back to point zero, you’ve done zero trades, you’ve had zero wins, but also zero losses.  

Hassan: Yeah.  

Interviewer: You have no confidence, but also no trauma. 

Hassan: Yes.  

Interviewer: You’re staring at the charts for the very first time.  

Hassan: Okay.  

Interviewer: What would be the first three steps you would take to build your trading journey from the very first day?  

Hassan: So, if I was to go back to point zero, the first thing that I would do is improve my understanding of what the charts are actually telling me. 

The second thing that I would do is I would analyse every single trade that I do to see what went right, what went wrong and use it as a learning experience.  

And the third thing that I would do is probably not go in with all my capital at the start. Like don’t go all in. Trading is one of those things that you can progress and add more as you get more confident.
