In this tutorial, we’ll explore Acuity’s Sentiment Analysis tool.
This feature tracks how market sentiment is shifting across different assets. By default, you’ll see a table of forex pairs, but you can filter to view commodities, indices, equities or cryptocurrencies.
Each row shows an asset, along with its sentiment direction, confidence level and duration. Green indicates sentiment is moving higher, while red means it’s moving lower. The confidence percentage shows how often this pattern has occurred in the past, and the duration tells you over how many days it has typically played out.
For example, looking at EURCAD, the sentiment is red, with 50% confidence and a duration of 8 days. This means sentiment is moving lower, and in 50% of the last 10 occurrences, the price of EURCAD has risen within 8 days.
You can also filter the table to show only bullish or only bearish signals, or switch to a different asset class depending on what you trade. Here you can also change the language settings if you need.
Acuity’s Sentiment Analysis gives you a quick, data-driven view of market psychology, helping you spot potential opportunities with clarity.
